Kinilala ang suspek na si Leo Tolentino y Pelayo,25-anyos, walang trabaho at residente ng Sitio Manggayad Brgy. Balabag, isla ng Boracay.

Sa pinagsamang pwersa ng Malay PNP kasama ang PDEA Aklan naaresto ang suspek matapos itong mabilhan ng isang sachet ng ipinagbabawal na droga kapalit ang isang libong buy bust money.

Maliban dito, nahulihan pa si Tolentino ng dalawang sachet ng shabu sa isinagawang body search ng kapulisan.

Ang suspek ay nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Sec 5 at Sec 11 Article II of RA 9165 Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
