mag-process ng kanilang PESO ID sa Malay Municipal Action Center MPDC Zoning
Department.
Sa mga kukuha, hanapin lamang si Hoven Tayco o tumawag sa numero 288-2016 o sa cellphone number 09284135787 o 09177215366.
FOR AGENCY/ASSN./COOP: Endorsement from Agency/Association/Cooperative.
FOR INDIVIDUAL/ESTABLISHMENTS/TRAVEL & OPERATORS: Certification of Employment.
FOR FOREIGN TOUR GUIDES: Working Permits/Visa and other related documents, Municipal Tourism Front Liners’ Enhancement Program Certificate (Executive Order No. 011, Series of 2012), Accomplished Municipal Tourism Front liner’s Form/Profile (Municipal Ordinance No. 150, Series of 2002).
Requirements for PESO ID are: Individual Occupational Permit, Local/Foreign Tourist Guide, Coordinator & Escort and Foreign Tour Guide & Coordinators.

Samantala, para naman sa mga kukuha ng endorsement
sa Malay Tourism Office, narito ang mga kailangan.
